Once an elite badminton player renowned for her killer instinct on the court, the fiery Ng Gou-sau (Josie Ho) has been living aimlessly since she injured an opponent and was expelled from the sport a decade ago. Since then, Sau has been holed up in her family's poon choi restaurant, handling its daily chores while having completely given up on maintaining her own fitness. The dust is temporarily settled - or so it seems until the day Sau comes across Wong Fei-fung, the hottest badminton player at the moment. As they reacquaint Sau to the glory of the badminton game, she revives her fighting spirit to enter an amateur badminton tournament organised by a television station. Initially put off by the history of Dan and his pals, Sau is soon touched by their sincerity and perseverance; she doesn't only team up with them, but has also fallen for Dan. On the eve of the tournament, Dan and co are mistaken for suspects of a new case of robbery and become the city's most wanted once again. As they face the prospects of disqualification, can Sau and Dan salvage the chance to showcase the fruit of their intense training - a secret move they call "Full Strike"?

Paeasytes enter into human brains via ear canal and take control of their bodies. One of the parasytes tries to enter into teenager Shinichi Izumi's brain, but is blocked because of his headphones. Michiru, a girl from the provinces without any money, walks out without paying her bill, then returns and begs the Master for a job. Living upstairs, she becomes part of the life of the diner; all the while her past is coming in search of her. Kenzo, a victim of the Fukushima tsunami disaster, comes to Tokyo and stirs things up in pursuit of Akemi, a diner regular. But through all of these small dramas, the question remains about what will become of the burial urn.
